A new study on Covid-19’s infection fatality rate (IFR) by age from a team led by Dr. John Ioannidis, the world’s most-cited physician, estimates that Covid’s IFR in the pre-vaccine era was under 0.1% for those under 70—even lower than previously believed.
If everyone were paying attention they would have noticed the low numbers from the very beginning. There were no instances, anywhere, where entire businesses or families or schools etc. died at rates higher than normal. One of the reasons for the lockdown was to prevent people from seeing and hearing this first hand.
Way back in early 2020, Ioannidis's careful calculations convinced me that the vax was not necessary. Now it turns out his calculation was too conservative - the CFR was even lower than he thought.
Just think of the implications of the government, the media, and the medical profession ignoring Ioannidis's basic data. The entire COVID enterprise was and is a giant, self-inflicted wound.
Many of us knew this from the very beginning. I hope more and more start to realize exactly how they were made to believe differently - what methods were used to give them a different perception.

From about the middle of 2020 I used UK ONS data and Worldometer and My World in Data data to make a rough mortality rate calculation. I increased PCR test produced “cases” by a factor of 5 based on CDC (and other sources) reporting on true infection levels. I came to a similar level for overall mortality rates for Covid 19, circa 0.2-0.3% and this was matched by Dr Ioannidis’s friend and Stanford colleague Dr Jay Bhattacharya, which I read about later. I am not a doctor or scientist but I have qualifications in Engineering, Finance and analytics. In addition other data points were available such as the demographics and health status of those unfortunate enough to die from Covid 19, i.e. the elderly and/or immune compromised, which was also available from sources such as the US CDC and UK ONS. 95%+ of all death by Covid had significant underlying health issues. 98% were over 45 years of age. Since the Covid vax the rate of death by vax status has rapidly climbed to over 94% vaccinated (UK ONS, last updated in July 2022 for months of May 2022), in a population with circa 75% vaccination rate, you do the mathematics…
Based on this mortality rate analysis I, medically unqualified, determined that the pandemic was an unfounded hysteria that did not justify reversal of decades long pandemic management doctrine in lockdown; ignoring of prior studies on mask efficacy and safety issues (see interviews with Dr Bhattacharya and Professor Carl Heneghan of Oxford department of evidence based medicine on this); wilful ignorance of very long held immune system boosting actions; active suppression of both the Great Barrington Declaration proposals for focused protection and repurposed well known drug treatments for those at risk and, crucially, throwing out the long standing procedures for safety and efficacy assessment in clinical trials, which by definition is NOT what was done to get tacit approval for the so-called Covid vaccines.
If I could determine all that in the middle of 2020 (subsequently for the vax) then how the hell could professors of medicine and science and doctors not also see this??? This is the question that must now be answered and urgently. In the meantime we must demand a cessation to all Covid related policy and any further WHO led claims of health emergency until these questions are answered.
For the record:
- I am not vaccinated against Covid 19 but also not anti vax as such, although my eyes are turning to this industry now and more questions over other past vaccines must be addressed. I will never allow these death shots near me or my family.
- I am anti lockdown (period) and refused to comply
- I am anti mask wearing and refuse to comply
- I have had Covid at least twice, probably more times and confirmed close exposure contact with Covid positive people multiple times (too many to count)
- I reject the so-called “trusted news initiative” and no longer trust the public health bureaucrats, nor the peer review system (see Peter Doshi of the British Medical Journal on this) nor doctors in general.
For that, worldwide governments injected their populations not just once, but twice, three times and four times with experimental gene therapy injections, wrongly categorised as a 'vaccine' with no long term safety data and now we know direct fro Pfizer admission last week in EU Parliament they did not even test their injections to check it stopped transmission. Everyone needs to ask the question WHY?
